What is a Life Coach? A life coach is a person who helps draw out of you what is the best path for your life. We use tools to help you prioritize and help you discover what you want more or less of in your life.
What is the difference between a Life Coach and a counselor or therapist? A Life Coach moves you forward in your life. We don't focus on the past. We stay out of the "why" and help you discover "how to" move forward.
How long is a coaching session? Our sessions can be 30, 60 or 90 minutes depending on the package or time that we need.
What happens during a coaching session? We discuss anything that you want to move through, find a new goal or goals to meet, prioritizing your life, learning to go after what you want in life or discovering new passions. The list is endless as to what we can explore. I can get you to your goals quickly and concisely. Accountability is key and "homework" is what keeps you motivated.
Where do we meet for our session? We can coach over the phone or in person based on availability and needs.
How do I know that this right for me? We will speak over the phone for about 20 minutes to determine if this is right for you. After 20 minutes I am confident you will know if you want to proceed.

What is your cancelation policy? I am committed to providing all of my clients with exceptional care.
When a client cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another client from being seen.
Please call or text me at 425-275-2648 by 2:00 p.m. on the day prior to your scheduled appointment to notify me of any changes or cancellations. To cancel a Monday appointment, please call/text by 2:00 p.m. on Friday.
If prior notification is not given, you will be charged a full session for the missed appointment.
Where did you receive your education? Does it follow the ICF and IAC guidelines and competencies? I received my education through Seattle Life Coach Training (SLCT) _program (100 hours) and the Advanced Life Coaching program (20 hours). SLCT is a a state licensed private post secondary education training program that covers all the core competencies as outlined by both the International Coach Federation (IFC) and the International Association of Coaching (IAC).
Personal training is through NASM, AFAA and ISSA.
CPR/first aid certified.
Certifications are maintained through continuing education as I am always learning.
